3. Appointment Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments are required for all services. Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee. Failure to do so may result in a charge for the missed appointment.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. Late payments may incur a late fee.

5. Liability

Olga Shark is not responsible for any injuries or damages to your dog during the grooming process, unless caused by negligence on our part. We take every precaution to ensure the safety of your pet, but you are responsible for your dog’s well-being.
